We offer refund and/or exchange for defective and incorrect items only within the first 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. We’ll give you the refund and/or exchange, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
• This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as Non-exchangeable or Non-returnable

For refund and/or exchange, please email us at or contact our live chat agent with an image of the faulty/incorrect item together with the following:
• Image of Item with the packaging and your packing list showing your order and/or tracking number
• Name of the item
• Order Number

Our support team will be in touched with you within 3 working days.
It is important that all returned items must meet the requirements above. Returned/exchanged items that do not meet these criteria will not be entertained.

Refund is only applicable if item is out of stock.

You may refund and/or exchange your items for the following reasons:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Goods delivered do not fit the product description
• Wrong item delivered
• Missing parts
It is important that all returned/exchanged items must meet the requirements above.

Can I cancel my order(s) after payment?
Please note that we do not entertain any cancellations once the order is paid and confirmed.

What if my order(s) is out of stock?
Our support team will notify you via phone call or email should your order(s) is out of stock. A refund will then be issued to the account of your initial payment option within 14 working days.
